The salesperson was excellent. The bed is so comfortable, we are sleeping very well on it.
The delivery people were very mediocre. They kept trying to convince me that our existing bed frame was for a CAL king & it is not. They left big scuffs in the paint on the walls. They couldn’t figure out how the set down the “puka board” over the slats. They finally literally tossed the bed on top of the boards. Very unsatisfactory.
